Feel More Confident Under Pressure

Face important moments with greater calm & confidence.

Perform Well

Do you ever freeze just when you need to give your best performance? Do you do well in practice but struggle when it's time to show what you can do?

Performance anxiety or stage fright can affect many situations, from job interviews, exams, and sales presentations to recitals, sports competitions, and social events. Even when you're knowledgeable and well prepared, the fear of something going wrong can make it difficult to perform at your best.

The more you worry about a performance, the more you may reinforce the anxiety you feel when the moment arrives. But you can learn to manage performance anxiety and become calmer and more confident under pressure.

My Experience with Stage Fright

I've always loved singing, so I studied voice for six years to improve. Yet as my singing improved, my performances got worse. Eventually, I decided I wouldn't sing in front of an audience again until I learned to overcome my stage fright.

That experience introduced me to self-hypnosis, the first tool I teach for managing performance anxiety. Over the years, I've learned additional strategies that helped me become comfortable speaking at seminars and retreats. I've also helped others improve their performances.

Together, we can explore strategies to help you feel more confident when it matters, including working through the negative emotions left by past performances that didn't go well.

I'd love to help you discover what you can do when performance anxiety no longer holds you back.
